We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to data brokers or advertisers. We use information only to run the restaurant and this website.
Catering requests
When you submit the catering form, we collect what you enter — such as your name, email, phone number, event details, and anything you type in the message box — so our team can respond. That information is stored in our systems and may be emailed to the inbox we use for catering follow-up.
For day-to-day pickup and delivery orders, guests should continue using our linked online ordering provider (Toast), which has its own privacy terms.
Website analytics (first-party)
We keep basic traffic statistics on our own server — for example, which pages are viewed and approximate general location (such as city or region). That helps us understand whether the site is reaching neighbors and visitors planning a trip to Indy. This is not precise GPS, and we do not use it to identify individuals by name from browsing alone.
Microsoft Clarity
We partner with Microsoft Clarity to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay, so we can improve the site and make it easier to find hours, menu, and catering information. Website usage data may be collected using first- and third-party cookies and other similar technologies. We may also use this information to help spot abuse or technical problems with the site.
